- hold your breath for 7 seconds
- exhale breath for 8 seconds
repeat once or twice more.

i have dreams that i’m going to a different world because my body somehow stopped working. i don’t know how the transition is like but i will someday and maybe my dreams are exploring different ways of the feeling. i don’t know if any are plausible but i will know. let’s shut off my mind like lobotomy does.
